Daily breakfast basket includes: Fresh fruit basket. Assorted Kelloggs Brand Cereals Instant Oatmeal Packets Coffee maker with ample supply of coffee and assorted teas. In room Refrigerator supplied daily with Bottled Water, Milk, and Orange Juice
Room Rates:
October 15-April 30 (price per night): Rate per night: $125.00
May 1-October 14: Rate per night: $100.00
All of the above rates are commissionable to Travel Agents.
All rooms are equipped with: Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, 70 channel Basic Cable TV with VCR, radio with CD Player, private bathroom.
Policies: Reservations are honored with a 25% deposit or first night's rental fee, whichever is greater. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Cancellations required two weeks prior to arrival. Deposit minus a $10.00 service charge will be refunded. Reservations within the 14 day grace period are made, subject to the room being rented.
Check in 4–6 PM, but this is very flexible. Just let us know about what time you will be arriving.
Check out 11 AM. This is also flexible, depending on if and when we have guests coming for your room.
